Exchange Policy

Custom Orders & Exchange Eligibility
All our products are custom-made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or customer input errors. Exchanges are only accepted if the product has a physical manufacturing defect or a print error.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange if there is a manufacturing defect or print error. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Request an Exchange
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect or print error, please contact us at info@unionproud.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any physical manufacturing defects or if the item received is incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Exchangeable Items
Custom-made items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or a print error. We also do not accept exchanges for sale items or gift cards.

European Union Customers
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. However, this does not apply to custom-made or personalized products unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Processing Exchanges
Once we’ve received and inspected the item for exchange, we will process a replacement order for you. Please allow 10 business days for the new item to be shipped. If you haven’t received your replacement within this timeframe, please contact us at info@unionproud.com.
